Shipping to the UK

All shipping to the UK is made using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Allow 2-3 working days for packaging and then 2 working days for delivery. This is a rough estimate of the time it may take for you to receive your order, but it might take shorter or longer. Please note Royal Mail don’t deliver on Sundays.

International Shipping

Tailwind Jewellery doesn’t currently ship outside of the UK. However, if you have any queries about this, please get in touch using the Contact Form.

Returns

You are entitled to a full refund if an item you bought turns out to be faulty or does not look or work as advertised. Where possible, repairs and replacements will be offered. This does not apply to Commissions, as they are highly personalised items.

Returns Fee

All returns must be paid and arranged by the customer should they wish to return an item.

15 Days for Returns

You have 15 days since the day you receive your item to send it back for a replacement, to be repaired, or for a full refund.
